- Inspect installed pipes for obstructions or leaks, and make necessary repairs or adjustments.
- Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and utility maps.
- Maintain safe working conditions and comply with all safety procedures and standards.
Education & Skill Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in underground utility pipe installation preferred.
- Ability to use levels, lasers, and hand tools with precision.
- Familiarity with safety protocols around trenching, confined spaces, and pipe installation.
- Basic knowledge of soil types and proper backfilling techniques.
- CDL or ability to obtain is a plus.
